Video is all about message and context.
Every time someone asks me whether they should make a video, I ask these questions:
- Who is the intended audience?
- How would the audience find the video?
- Why would the audience watch it?
And I try not to make any videos until I have good answers to these questions.
At work I produce Library PSAs, advocacy videos, and a new children’s story telling program called Book Bubble.
I’ve also been documenting my art installations with video since 2009.
